How long does it take to deliver my order?

After payment is made, your order will be shipped within 4 business days. Total length of delivery thereafter varies depending on your location. It's approximately 2 weeks.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do! You can order from any location around the world and we ship to most destinations

What can I do if the delivery seems to be taking too long?

If it's taking longer than 2 weeks, please email us at info@everythingkeratin.com for a 24 hour response time. Our friendly staff will investigate and monitor your parcel going forward

Where do you ship your products from?

We ship our products from our reliable manufacturers and suppliers in Shanghai, China and warehouses in VIC, NSW, QLD and WA.

Are my details secure?

Yes! At Everything Keratin Australia we take your privacy seriously. Any information you give to us is secure and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

How can I track my delivery?

When you purchase on Everything Keratin Australia, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order.

If you purchase more than one item with us these may be shipped out from different locations and shipped separely. In this instance you will receive separate emails with tracking numbers for each shipment.

What are the returns/exchange policy?

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in original new condition before sending and where each item is packaged carefully.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a return within 2 days of receiving your purchase, via e-mail at info@everythingkeratin.com and quote your order # and reason(s) for seeking an exchange or refund.

Our customer service team will assess the product/reasons and advise if the exchange or refund option is available.   

Refunds or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. 

What couriers do you use to ship my order?

Our shipping partneres are Australia Post, Startrack, Aramex, TNT and Sendle. Our overseas couriers are Sunyou, Shunyou, Singapore Post and Cainiao. Shipping timeframe depends on your delivery address and where the products are getting shipped from.
