How long does it take to deliver my order?

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do! We ship to NZ, USA, CAN, UK and all other major destinations.
We ship most products to your location however there will be a select few that are not available for shipment due to regulations on prohibited items to certain countries. A full refund will be provided in this situation as well as an email confirming the order cancellation.
What can I do if the delivery seems to be taking too long?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, just email us at info@everythingkeratin.com and our customer service team will look into it and keep an eye on your parcel for you. We will manage the parcel for you going forward.
International delivery times can vary a bit, especially during busy shipping periods or if there are delays with customs processing.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship our products from our fulfilment centres across Australia, including Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia. We also work with global partners in Brazil, the UK, and China to help get orders to you faster.

How can I track my delivery?
When you shop with Everything Keratin, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order along the way.
If you order more than one item, they may be shipped from different locations and arrive separately. If that happens, you’ll get separate emails with tracking details for each parcel.
What are the returns/exchange policy?

Making a return is easy.
We have a 30 day return policy.
To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing info@everythingkeratin.com. Be sure to include yourorder number and the reason for your return or refund request.
Our Customer Service team will review your request and advise whether the return is eligible under our returns policy.
To qualify for a return, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging and contents.
To help us process your request quickly, please email us:
- The reason for the return; and
- A short video of the items received including the shipping label on the parcel
This simple verification step helps us confirm the details of your order and accelerate the refund process.
Once your return has been approved and processed, a full refund will be issued. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to clear with your bank.

Our team will investigate the shipment on your behalf and work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order cannot be successfully delivered, we will assist you with arranging a refund in accordance with our 60-day delivery guarantee.
What couriers do you use to ship my order?
We ship with Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, Direct Freight Express, and Sendle within Australia. For international orders, we use couriers like Fedex, Sunyou, Singapore Post, and Cainiao.
Delivery times can vary depending on where you’re located and where your order is being shipped from.
Why can't I view your products in my country?
We work closely with our brand partners to make sure certain products are only available in specific countries, helping protect how each brand is distributed. Because of this, most items will ship to you as normal, but a small number may not be available in your location. If that happens, you won’t be able to see the full product range we offer in other regions.
You will be able to view the full product range if you are based in Australia.
