Where do you ship to?
We proudly ship to customers in New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and many other international locations.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Shipping availability may change from time to time due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, or other market conditions. We recommend checking this page periodically for the latest updates.
We ship most products to your location however there will be a select few that are not available for shipment due to regulations on prohibited items to certain countries. A full refund will be provided in this situation as well as an email confirming the order cancellation.
Please note, individual countries may incur an importation tax which is calculated when your parcel arrives in the country of delivery. These fees are out of our control and are additional to the original freight charge. The consumer is liable for any additional import charges. In most cases, it does not apply to you.
Do you ship to Po Box addresses?
For secure delivery, our courier requires a recipient to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. Deliveries cannot be made to unattended addresses where it's a PO Box address.
When will my order be shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with your new tracking umber when your order is dispatched.
We aim to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. In the event of out of stock items, you will be notified via email if the order dispatch will be delayed. If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouses in the next 24-48 hrs we may hold the order and dispatch as soon as the product is available.
When will my order arrive?
Shipments within Australia: 3 to 7 business days
International shipments: Up to 2 weeks for all international shipments
Please note, international delivery times may vary.There are usually additional transit times with international product shipments if theres’s high shipping volumes and delays with customs processing.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us at info@everythingkeratin.com within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item or process a refund The item needs to be returned as it was received and unused.

We use both domestic and international couriers for shipments. Australia Post, Startrack, Couriers Please, Direct Freight Couriers, Cainiao, Sunyou, UPS, USPS and Fedex.
