Making a return is easy.
We have a 30 day return policy.
To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing info@everythingkeratin.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return or refund request.
Our Customer Service team will review your request and advise whether the return is eligible under our returns policy.
To qualify for a return, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging and contents.

- The reason for the return; and
- A short video of the items received including the shipping label on the parcel

Once your return has been approved and processed, a full refund will be issued. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to clear with your bank.
