FAQ

Do you offer free shipping on all products?

Yep! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic and international orders. No hidden fees, no nasty surprises at checkout. Excellent for time-poor customers.

What is the return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing info@everythingkeratin.com.

If your item arrives damaged, please include photos of the product received, its packaging and the shipping label when contacting us. These photos are required to assess and process damaged-item refund claims as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to PO BOX addresses?

No. For secure delivery, our courier requires a recipient to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. Deliveries cannot be made to unattended addresses where it's a PO Box address.

What’s the 60 day money back guarantee?

Get the item you ordered or your money back within 60 days. We understand that unexpected shipping delays, customs processing, faulty items and other transit-related issues can occasionally occur and may be outside of your control.
